Sipo-Egg

A Filipino dish from Pampanga. Sipo egg is one of the popular food in pampanga and it is easy to cook. And their all so a lot of different recipe of it!


Ingredients:

1 kilo mixed vegetable
2 cans nestle cream
1 can quail eggs
1 can luncheon meat
2 spoon garlic butter


Directions:


Saute the garlic butter with the mixed vegetable. Add the luncheon meat and quail eggs. Now put the nestle cream and stir for 3-5 minutes then your done.

Ingredients:

1/4 kg medium size Shrimp
10 quail eggs, boiled
1 cup chicharo - Depends on how many you'll cook
1/2 cup carrot, boiled and diced
1/2 cup cabbage, diced
1/4 cup ham, cooked
1/2 cup Nestle Cream (white cream)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bulb medium size onion
Salt and Pepper

Directions:


Shell shrimps and remove heads. Set aside shrimp's meat. Pour shells and head in the mortar. Add a little bit water then squeeze the juice in a bowl. Saute garlic and onion in a wok or pan. Add ham, carrots, shrimp, chicharo and cabbage. Stir for 3 minutes. Add quail eggs and nestle cream then stir for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
